Onken response (BD-Design)
Hi again Bert,
This is sounding promising.
They perform well up to at least 500Hz so a Fostex would be a good idea.
You could use the FE103E in an open baffle on top of the Onken, the
sensitivity is close and a simple filter set to 350Hz should work out
okay.
What baffle dimensions would you propose. What type of filter - symetrical second order?
Mating them with a Fostex FE207E (or even an FE206E) will work well while
reducing the sensitivity of both with an L-Pad).
What type of enclosure? IB or BR? Would one of the Fostex L-Pads be suitable?
Which would be your pick for the better solution - the 103 or the 207?
Cheers,
Russell
