After a couple days of trouble shooting, I got the Hummmm completely eliminated from my system. The extra gain of the Hypex Amps highlighted some problem areas I had with my system. Mostly a Power Issue, that I will correct easy enough. Some Interconnect issues.

I love those Hypex Amps. My system has never sounded so good! I built some Solid Oak Cases for them too.

Hi Kevin,

I love those Hypex Amps. My system has never sounded so good! I built some Solid Oak Cases for them too.

Congratulations!

Nice wooden boxes too and perhaps you can add some ventilation too? By now you've found out that these get hot. An extra top panel with some spacers in between will work out nicely.

Cheers,

Bert

I have entire back of the box open. And I set the amps on the side, so I should have plenty of ventilation.
