have you ever tried any good isolation x-formers for this purpose?

Nope, never did but are you sure the hum is due to a ground loop or something?

I´m not shure that even this would help

In case of a ground loop it will help, if not then it will not do anything as the hum is picked up somewhere else...

the source may be stray fields from my music(-server) 1,2 meters away?

So, then turn it off and listen if there is still hum left?

BTW. You could try a cheap Monacor line transformer and test it out yourself and if that helped then get a good quality version and you're done...
